Stollen

    I bought a stollen at the bread shop in Thubame. This shop's name is "F. efu-dotto".

"F. efu-dotto" is the most favorite bread shop.

    Stollen is a German sweet. Stollen is a classic Christmas sweet in Germany. 

    It contains nuts and dried fruits and marzipan. Marzipan is kneaded with almonds and sugar. It likes sweet bean paste. I like marzipan very much. However, there is a stollen which does not contain marzipan. I was happy that this shop's stollen had marzipan in it. 

    I prefer Stollen to Christmas cake. If you have never eaten Stolllen, I want you to eat it!!
